Pursuant to the sharia-centric constitution our State Department helped them write, the government of Afghanistan has enacted a law making it legal for husbands to rape their wives. Secretary Clinton has complained. But, not to worry, President Karzai promises he will have the law reviewed by his Justice Ministry to determine if it violates anything in the said constitution; if it does “measures will be taken.”
