“Derb—I found H.R. 698, the Citizenship Reform Act of 2005, introduced Feb. 9 by Rep. Nathan Deal (R-GA), which has 33 cosponsors. The bill denies birthright citizenship to children of parents who are not citizens or permanent resident aliens. Of course, it’s languishing in subcommittee.”
