Jim, One thing that jumped out at me in those polls, besides the general trend toward Clinton, was Ohio. If Trump is up five in Ohio even with Clinton back on the upswing, he’s in very good shape there. This is a symptom of how the map isn’t completely transformed but is definitely a little different — if six months ago, all you knew was that Trump was comfortably ahead in Iowa and in good shape in Ohio, you would have assumed he was ahead nationally, not trailing. By the way, a new CNN poll has Hillary up five nationally.
