Andrew, I don’t know Broun, but my good-guy sources tell me he is one of them. This issue of porn — not just in the military but in our culture at large — is an important one. Namecalling is unnecessary and does us all a disservice.
As for life in the foxhole, I hope we can do better than hand our bravest porn or prostitutes (Lisa’s story).
Once again, I don’t know if Broun’s approach is right. But he’s got people talking about a cultural devastation (and yes, about whether or not it is one) and that’s a good thing.
