Jonah:  Derbyshire is famous for subterranean anfractuosities. 

Derbyshire also produces a famous cheese, the Sage Derby, actually a fancy variant of the much less well-known Derby Cheese–similar to Cheddar, but with a softer, flakier curd and a buttery taste.
