The indictment says that Plame’s employment was not common knowledge outside the intelligence community. It does not say no one else knew. There is a difference between being discreet – and taking assertive efforts to keep one’s status from being known or rumored

And nowhere in the indictment does it say that anyone told Libby that Plame was an undercover employee. It only says they told him she worked there.

Did anyone tell Libby that? Are we sure he knew that?

Again, I’m asking.
