Re: Don’t Tell Glenn Reynolds

I suspect the tale Jonah relates is more a cautionary tale about involving government in what should be a simple domestic matter than about the dangers of CFLs. “I’m from the Government and I’m here to help” is an even worse lie than “The check’s in the post.”

Similar examples can be found every week in Christopher Booker’s column for the Sunday Telegraph in the UK. Someone needs to do that job over here.
