Re: Eugenics

Some people objected it to it because it involved the state, some because it involved the reduction of human life to the status of a product of manufacture, some for both reasons, some for others too. I don’t think that it is true that the reason eugenics fell into disrepute is entirely because of that first objection, and I certainly don’t think that putting an assertion in capital letters with a bunch of asterisks will settle the matter.
