Re: The Example of Our Power

If Clinton really thought “the power of our example” was paramount, he’d be too ashamed to be seen in public.  We’ve seen the power of his example in how he conducted himself as president, and we’ve seen the example of his power in what he did to get away with it.  It’s a silly phrase only a speechwriter could love in any event, but this is not the right speaker to deliver it.

[That is as much as I can endure, between innings.  My Mets are in meltdown, but I’d still rather watch them than listen to this guy.  Call me when he explains pardoning Susan Rosenberg.]
