JP- I agree with you almost entirely. But I liked Rome very much. And I love Entourage. In general, I think the rule is that when HBO tries to be edgy by tackling politically controversial subjects the smart money is on suckiness. Whatever happened to The Corner (the show, not this blog)?
Update: Woops: I meant The Wire not the Corner. One could see how I would make such a mistake. Sorry.
