Andy, that is very interesting. But I have an honest and un-sensational question to ask. Is there a good explanation for why Judicial Watch and similar groups routinely seem able to get better information and documents than Congress? Isn’t this a strange set of affairs? Why does it seem like it’s so much easier to stonewall Congress than it is some judge? Am I missing something? I’ll take my answer off the air.
