Mona, that reminds me of a “Radio Armenia” joke I heard in the Soviet Union years ago. (This was a favorite form of ethnic humor in Russia).
It went something like this:
Q: Last night, Radio Armenia was silent for three hours. Does anyone know what happened?
A: Yes, it was a special program for the deaf.
