Meanwhile, let me commend the most horrifying show on television: Bridezillas, on the We cable network. My wife put it on and it was the most riveting thing I’ve ever seen. Two soon-to-be-brides, one in Miami and the other in rural Texas, having screaming fits and meltdowns. It was total bread-and-circuses, America-is-going-the-way-of-the-Roman-Empire stuff, but man, I could not peel my eyes from the screen. BRIDEZILLAS!
