Kathryn, since you and Peter Dans raise the subject of Holiday Inn, the film that introduced “White Christmas” to the world, I thought I’d mention that I have a little podcast up featuring me and Irving Berlin’s daughter discussing her dad’s great song. Without giving too much away, Christmas Day was a very painful day for Irving Berlin, which makes his gift to the world of “White Christmas” all the more remarkable.
