RE: JournoList For Me, But Not For Thee…

Regarding my post about The American Prospect’s Adam Serwer complaining that ABC’s Jake Tapper has blocked him and Talking Points Memo from reading his twitter feed, Tapper emailed me this comment:

I’m trying to use twitter as a way to communicate with all sorts of people from all over the political spectrum, as a place for feedback, polite argument, and dialogue. The only people who have been blocked are people who make ad hominem attacks. They’re still fully able to read my tweets — I just don’t care to read theirs.

UPDATE: If only I was as omniscient about “internet traditions” as Matt Yglesias. But which internet tradition am I unaware of, Matt? The right to set privacy boundaries or the right to ignore rude people?
