A reader takes exception:
Subject: “Sloppy, Sloppy” In your item “Leopold’s Lobe,” you say that “Leopold claims that various media sources have confirmed that Rove was indicted.” But, according to your link, it’s Truth Out’s Marc Ash who claims that. Significant? I think so. Seems like the senior reporter/editor (I’m not really familiar with Truth Out) confirmed his freelancer’s story. Don’t get me wrong — Leopold has screwed up before, big time. But his publication is standing behind him, which didn’t happen at the Wall Street Journal or Salon. Rove may or may not have been indicted, but your item has a significant factual error in it.
