Well, I confess to slight & occasional Basil Fawlty tendencies. I mostly
keep them at bay, though I have been heard to borrow some of Basil’s lines
for real-life situations. On being told that someone I don’t much like is
ill, for instance: “Nothing trivial, I hope?”
