Did you really say that the Congress is the most liberal Congress ever? Could you explain?
I don’t recall exactly what I said, but what I meant was that it’s the most liberal congressional majority ever. The Democratic majority of 1993-94, for example, contained a larger proportion of conservative Democrats.
