Jonah, to show I’m no Johnny-Come-Lately to the “Michael Moore is full of it” genre, way way back in 1989, when I was the features editor of the Washington Times, I commissioned Rick Marin (later of Newsweek and the New York Times) to write a piece about the factual inconsistencies in his first film, “Roger and Me.” It was, I believe, the first debunking of Michael Moore ever to appear anywhere. I’d link to it only there was no Internet then. That’s how long ago it was. Is what I’m saying.
