EJ, I had a nice surprise today, in my polling place: There was a picture of a president on the wall. A photo. The president was Lincoln. He looked serene, determined, careworn, and handsome. It raised my spirits, to see him. Whether we were the only two Republicans in the joint, I’m not sure . . .
