John, Senator Leahy is entirely correct. In the first case I ever worked on in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in NYC — United States v. Ella Shipp et al. — the lead defendant met one of her main customers in a restaurant. Drug samples for the occasion were hidden on the person of the defendant’s daughter. My recollection is that the girl was FOUR, not ten.
