Actually, from what I’ve read thus far, Raquel Welch’s issues with the Pill are not religious arguments against it, they are practical ones, based on her experience at the heart of “sexual freedom.” That pill alone was not the poison that made a mess between men and women, but it sure was a contributing factor.
