Cliff, I am delighted to say that at last I agree completely with Robert Zubrin!

Note that the G20 communique today reiterated commitment to “common but differentiated responsibilities” in dealing with global warming. This is code, first adopted at the Rio Earth Summit in ‘92 I believe, for developing countries like China accepting no responsibility for emissions reduction. As such, Obama signing on to it is a rebuke to Waxman, Markey, and his own energy secretary, Steven Chu, all of whom have strongly suggested tariffs on goods from countries that do not reduce their emissions.
