Word travels fast. Now that the plight of New York City’s struggling farmers is finally getting some publicity, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp and Michael Bloomberg have announced that the 2007 Farm Aid concert will take place September 9th right here in the Big Apple.
The question on everyone’s mind is whether Messrs. Bronfman and Lauder will join Mellencamp on stage for a moving rendition of, “This is Our Country.”
