Kathryn, I’m in favor. I wish she had been specific about what she thinks needs amending.
The interesting thing, of course, is that if a Democrat were in the White House and a Republican had suggested changing the fundamental law of a foreign country — even one we were intimately involved in – I somehow suspect Ms. Pelosi would be grousing that such a proposal hurts America’s standing in the international community.
