Mark’s point is an excellent one. Necessity is the mother of invention, and the Japanese, who are not willing to contemplate mass unskilled immigration, are of necessity being forced to invent a lot of gadgets.

What I want to know about that babe robot though, is: Are those velvet gloves she’s wearing, and if so, is she programmed to give rub-downs with them?
