Rich, you’re right that the conventional wisdom holds that the primary race becomes Romney vs. an alternative. But I’m not sure why we should think that’s going to happen. Why can’t more than one non-Romney candidate hang on, each claiming to be a better vehicle for anti-Romneyites than the other?
