Re: Women

Confirmability is a job qualification if the job is that of a nominee. If Bush doesn’t feel a need to pick a woman or a minority and thinks the best nominee is a white man, that’s fine with me. If he does feel that need and picks an acceptably conservative, qualified female jurist instead of that best nominee, that’s fine with me too.
