Reagan’s Energy Policies

I have a soft spot for Richard Cohen, but how phoned in is his column today? He blames Reagan for today’s high oil prices. (I assume this means that Cohen opposes high oil prices and therefore opposes cap-and-trade. Right?) Jimmy Carter, on the other hand, was a far-sighted genius. Okay. Shall we bring back price controls and gas lines?
