Reader Dan B. directed me to this story, which states that “There can be only one reconciliation bill each year” in the Senate. Is that true? If so, then Harry Reid can’t ram amnesty through with 51 votes, making it even more obvious that Reid’s promise that “We are going to pass comprehensive immigration reform” is disingenuous baloney intended to dupe Hispanic Democrats.
