Several emailers have dissented from my assertion that the red and blue colors switch parties based upon who is the incumbent. They say the GOP is always red on the maps. I’m still pretty sure I’m right, but if there’s definitive proof one way or the other please send it along (please: no “I remember it being red in 1988″ emails).
