Rep. Ryan’s Remarks at the Show Mark-Up of the Shell Bill

Congressman Ryan’s remarks have so far been just about the only thing worth listening to during today’s Budget Committee mark-up of the reconciliation bill. (By the way, though the Budget Committee meeting will likely continue into the wee hours, it is all over but the shouting. They passed the actual bill along to the Rules Committee, where the real fun begins, within the first half-hour.)
