Reporter, Kidnapped in Iraqi Kurdistan, Killed

Bad news. At the very least, the kidnapping and murder of a journalist from Erbil’s Salahuddin University sends a chilling signal about press freedom. And, if Kurdish security forces deny responsibility, then we are in a situation where terrorists have been able to outwit Kurdish security. Certainly, the investment community should be paying very close attention to this case.
