Richard Cohen Defends Jim Johnson

. . . mostly by ignoring his trail of sleaze. Cohen writes that Johnson “has a reputation in Washington for integrity and sound judgment.” I don’t believe that to be the case. If it were, however, it would say more about Washington than about Johnson.
