Roe V. Wade

Interesting point from a reader, not sure what it means though:

Jonah:

I don’t think anyone has pointed this out but, with Rehnquist’s death, all the Supreme Court justices who decided Roe v Wade in 1973 are now dead. He was the last one. A historic moment.

They were: Lewis F. Powell, Jr. (1907-1998), Thurgood Marshall (1908-1993), Henry A. Blackmun (1908-1999), William H. Rehnquist (1924-2005), Byron R. White (1917-2002), William J. Brennan, Jr. (1906-1997), Warren E. Burger (1907-1995), William O. Douglas (1898-1980), and Potter Stewart (1915-1985).

Stewart died the youngest, at 70; Brennan died the oldest, at 91 (though Powell and Blackmun both made it to 90). These ages are correct, taking into account whether they died before their birthday or not (OK, I’m a geek).
