Rogers: Russia ‘Got Exactly What They Wanted’

House Intelligence Committee chairman Mike Rogers remained skeptical of Russia’s role in negotiating the process of Syria’s handing over its chemical weapons to the international community. He blamed the Obama administration’s indecision for giving Russia the “diplomatic advantage.”
