Specter, in an interview, [called] Santorum’s aid ‘enormously helpful. He went above and beyond the call.’ [That’s one point on which the Toomey camp agrees with Specter–RP] . . . Specter said [that] Santorum has his vote for any future leadership race–’anything, including president.’”
