Romney Opens Up About Meeting Former SEAL Killed in Benghazi Attack

In Politico today, Mike Allen and Jim VandeHei report that Ann and Tagg Romney prevailed over some of the Governor’s chief advisers in revising the campaign’s strategy. According to Allen and VandeHei, the new strategy has Romney adhering to big messages on a number of issues, rather than focusing strictly on the economy, and letting his personality show.

In Iowa earlier today, Romney for the first time talked about meeting Glen Doherty, one of the Navy SEALs murdered in the September 11 attack on our embassy in Benghazi. Many reporters cited this as evidence that Governor Romney is, in fact, starting to show his softer side. Take a look for yourself, the video clip is below.
