Romney Wants Judge To Resign

Today’s Washington Post reports that Mitt Romney is calling for the resignation of a judge he appointed to the bench because of her “inexplicable lack of good judgment” in releasing a convicted killer who subsequently killed again.  With all the talk about the importance of judicial nominations, perhaps it’s time for more attention to the judicial appointments of those seeking the Republican nomination.
