Remember the scene in “Anchorman” where Burgundy insults all of San Diego and doesn’t realize it? Doesn’t that kind of remind you about John Kerry? Here he is reading his PREPARED remarks and he muffs it. He doesn’t correct himself, he just keeps on going. Just like Ron Burgundy…no sense of what he did wrong.
