Rosie & 9/11

Some readers requested that I actually run some of the crazy letters in response to the Rosie column. Here are a couple that have come in this morning (all asterisks mine):

Rosie’s rants aren’t worthy of TV airing?

What about your rant about Rosie? Completely worthy?

ANY DUMBA** CAN WRITE S**T LIKE THIS

I’m sorry your brain can’t handle facts and you have to attack people personally.

WTC 1, 2, AND 7 ALL FELL AT F***ING FREE FALL SPEED! NO RESISTANCE! THEY ALL TURNED TO DUST AND REMAINED SUPER HOT FOR WEEKS!

These buildings were blown up. It was planned in advance by people that had full access to the buildings.

You don’t know what the hell you’re talking about! Go do some research and let the FACTS talk, NOT SOME DUMBA** OPINION BASED ON YOUR OWN MENTAL DEFICIENCY!

On the side of truth,

[Name withheld]

And:

Why are so many people watching The View? Answer: Rosie!

How many people read your column?

Everything Rosie says is right on. Her words carry weight.

That means you have to go after her big time.

If you can’t humiliate and abuse her you’ll go after Barbara Walters.

There’s no stopping you hate guys.

Rosie has a demeanor that attracts veritas. She has an enormous following.

I make time everyday for the first few minutes of “The View’s” Hot Topics.

It is riveting TV.

We can’t get enough of Rosie! More Rosie! Rosie! Rosie, you are great!!

So who’s dumber? You or me? I think it’s you
