JPod: Conservatives would have expected more from Reagan if he had worked with a GOP Congress. Bush doesn’t have to deal with Tip O’Neill–he gets Denny Hastert, and yet spending is up 33 percent since 2001. A great source of budget numbers, by the way, is Brian Riedl’s recent analysis for the Heritage Foundation.
