Anytime more than a dozen New Hampshire political activists are in a room, you can expect a presidential hopeful to show. Many more than a dozen (probably well into the hundreds) will gather on January 27th in Manchester for the state GOP’s annual meeting. The most important item on the docket for the state party is their election of a new chair (there are at least two candidates running and others being urged to give it a look).
But more important for our purposes is the choice of keynote speaker for the mini-convention: former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Wonder if Sen. McCain and Gov. Romney will let Hizzoner have all those New Hampshire Republicans to himself…
