Running with Scissors Healthful, Say Researchers

Well, as FuturePundit reports, things haven’t gone quite that far.  Sitting bolt upright is definitely bad for you though–much better to slouch back at an angle (135 degrees thigh-body angle, to be precise).  Reading in dim light doesn’t hurt your eyes, either.

Now go eat your greens.
