I assume there are some House Democrats who still really don’t want to vote for the Senate health-care bill (or for “deeming” it passed). They’re not quite ready to join the future ambassadors caucus. But they’re getting a lot of pressure from the Speaker and the White House. My advice to these folks: Talk to one another. Make yourselves an informal caucus. It’ll be easier to hold out as a bloc than one by one.
