Santorum: I’d ‘Absolutely’ Vote for Arizona Bill

Former senator Rick Santorum sat down with NRO for an interview today at CPAC. He explained why he thinks religious liberty needs to be a key issue for conservatives — he’d gladly vote for the recent Arizona bill clarifying the religious liberty protections offered by that state. The last two Republican presidential nominees, Mitt Romney and John McCain, said they opposed the bill; Santorum said it’s been badly distorted by the media and explained why. He also offered praise for conservative policy reformers and suggested he’s seriously thinking about a 2016 run.
