Santorum: Outlaw Teleprompters for Presidential Candidates

Anti-tele-prompter rhetoric has been hallmark of every GOP candidate on the campaign trail this cycle, but Rick Santorum took it a step further yesterday and suggested that it should sometimes be illegal. “See, I always believed that when you run for president of the United States, it should be illegal to read off a teleprompter,” he said.
