Santorum Wins Kansas

The Journal reports:

With 95% of precincts reporting, Mr. Santorum had 51% of the votes—more than the combined totals of Mr. Romney (21%), Mr. Gingrich (14%) and Ron Paul (13%), figures from the Associated Press showed. . . .

Most of Kansas’ 40 delegates will go to Mr. Santorum under a formula that is partially proportional to the caucus vote. Nine additional delegates will be parceled out Saturday in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wyoming’s lengthy caucus process could result in more delegates being awarded on Saturday.
