Despite a plummet in the polls, Wisconsin governor and Republican presidential candidate Scott Walker is still confident about his prospects in Iowa. On Sunday’s State of the Union, he responded to National Review’s report on his collapsing campaign:

The bottom line is, we get around the state. We’re going this week through our thirtieth county, out of 99. We’ll be through all 99. We’re putting in the time [with] the grassroots. When people hear our story about how we’ve got a plan to wreak havoc on Washington, and when they see that unlike anybody else in this race we’ve actually been tested, we’re convinced that, in a state where caucuses are the name of the game, and it’s about five months out, we’ve got the time to make the grassroots connections and get that message out.
