Wow! Finally a corner topic about which I have some actual expertise! The photo certainly could be real and looks like someone with one of the craniosynostosis syndromes, such as Crouzon syndrome (as mentioned in the snopes article), caused by premature closure of the sutures of the bones of the skull. My second opinion is that Voinovich is emotionally unsuitable for public office, and McCain is still a weasel. (well, OK, three opinions)
